Hello, I am a 51 year old female. I have been feeling very sluggish when I wake up in the morning and it continues throughout most of the day. I have to push myself to get through my day. Just seem to have no energy. and sometimes accompanied with lightheadedness.

Kindly check your haemoglobin and calcium level. At this age female commonly have a deficiency of calcium and iron.
