Severe dizziness, swollen ankles, fatigue, and weakness, previous history of migraines, 73 years old, female, slightly overweight, Environment is ranching community, oil and gas wells, deep well water supply as drinking source. potential mould in her basement ? Thank you

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here your complete physical examination has to be dobe ....

For dizziness check your blood pressure and sugar level as fluctuation in these two can lead dizziness ....

You have swollen ankle also so needs to investigate with serum protein , liver function test , CBC , ECG (for cardiac causes )etc ...

If these reports are normal than no need for much worry about edema ....

Second your ear examination also has to be done and If history of congestive symptoms present than flu can lead dizziness ....

For migraibe brufen can be taken. ...

If dizziness more betahistine can be given ....

Consultation to physician will be better for physical examination .....
