hello I have been suffering from bpv now for the last 6 weeks my symtoms are dizziness nausea severe headaches that don t go away ive done several visits with vestibular manipulation but nothing is helping tonight my head hurts so bad do have any ideas forme

Drink plenty of water,include more fluids like-Tender Coconut water,clear broth.Take fluids in every 10-15 minutes,it will maintain electrolyte ballance in your body.Head massage with rosemary oil and ginger tea will help you in headache.
