Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Nausea, Back Pain And Headache

I m having dizziness, nausea, chills, a nasty headache that is very much like my migraines but my medicine only gives me minimal reduction of the pain and only for an hour or so, light sensitivity, double vision although I wear glasses with prisms to correct my double vision (MS), and muscle spasms in the back of my neck going into the lower part of my skull. The dizziness and nausea are greatly aggravated with movement, particularly standing and walking. While standing or moving about, I get chills that run down my body. I m wondering if I should make an appointment with my MS doctor or my ENT. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the over all history and condition of migraine given here could be due to emotional stress because it is the functional condition you must be having so try to come out of this, better to be positive, practical, and confident, and stop worrying hope this information helps.
