Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Nausea, Unsteady Gait And Sinus Drainage Sensation

I became very dizzy this morning and it hasn’t gone away. I feel nauseous with it. Unsteady on my feet. Took a Claritin to see if maybe I had sinus drainage causing it sinc eblately I have felt like I have drainage in my ears. Didn’t help. Over last several weeks/months have noticed that back of my head can feel hot and tingling at times. More when I’m lying in bed at night/ early morning. Do I need to worry?
