Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Sweating, Infected Pus Filled Wound Under Foot

Hi, Two days ago I was walking near the ocean with no shoes. I stepped on something sharp but didn t realize it until the next day. As soon as I noticed something was in my foot, I removed it. My foot started to puss and swell. I once again thought nothing of it. Now today, my foot is painful, pussing, has a red bump and has now developed a red line that s going up my foot. I am slightly dizzy and experiencing hot/cold flashes. What could this be?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having acute infection due to having some foreign body inside your foot.
There might be having thrombophlebitis following injury.
You might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 5 days.
go for Tetanus toxoid shot as well.
Clean local part and bandage with antibiotic cream.
Ok and take care.
