Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Swollen Eyes And Headaches

Why do I always feel tired, dont eat a lot , have a hard time sleeping, have regular headache, my skin turns purple-ish blue, chest pain//cramp, fast heart palpitations, dizziness and my eyes have been swollen for the past 3 days (puffy under my eyes no discolouration nothing)

The symptoms you mentioned can be due to many underlying problems but first of all I would like to rule out any Thyroid related problem.
I will highly advice you to get your Thyroid profile done (T3 ,T4 and TSH Levels).
