Suggest Treatment For Dizziness When I Move My Head

i have been diagnosed for bppv last month because i have an episode of vertigo initially n thn i was feeling dizziness whenever i moved my head..after some meneaver i am now feeling much better but i still have a little problem when i move my head suddenly from left to right side.? what should i do ?

it is ataxia may be involvement of CNS. can consult neurologist after taking MRI.itcan be involvement of pons.
