Suggest Treatment For Dizziness While Hearing Loud Noises
There is something strange with my left ear. When I hear people yelling on my left ear, I feel light headed. It had happended to me two times. The first time was in a concert and the other one in a bar. I only get like dizzy when people are yelling on my left side.

This finding is a finding known as tullios phenomenon.
You should get an ENT consultation and get your ears examined, hearing tests and some other audiological tests.
This is present in disease in which the inner ear has more of fluid accumulation. or when there is an ear disease in which there is bony perforation of inner ear and the outside sound is stimulating the inner ear and balance organ in the ear . you need to be tested for this .
