I m 49 yrs old, female, 5 3 , 65kg. I hv hypertension & on pretenol C & cebrotonin. I ve been having dizziness for more than a month. It comes and goes. My gp further prescribed vitamin b forte. My bp fluctuates. Last few days, I m feeling some pressure in my ears and having loose stools too.
There are many causes for fluctuations in the blood pressure such as: 1. Stress 2. White coat syndrome: worry or stress from doctors’ appointments may cause temporary spike in blood pressure. 3. Drugs like cold and allergy medications may raise blood pressure 4. Physical activity 5. High salted food 6. Adrenal issues 7. Pheochromo cytoma
Your middle ear infection may be the cause for your vertigo. So, avoid allergen and please consult your ENT surgeon.
Also, you did not mention about your blood pressure. Consult your doctor for ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. They will examine and treat you accordingly.
