Suggest Treatment For Dizziness With Pins And Needles In Head

Am 40 yrs old, have dx of RA in cervical spine (C2-C4 spiny bridge overlay) and lesion at C1-2. Was in a wheelchair but defied neurologists by rising out the chair....BUT, I still have sporadic paralysis, parasthesia, migraines, dizziness and blurred visions. Over the course of the past two months I have had crushing vice-script pain in the bottom left quadrant of my skull accompanied with pins/needles and seeing stars/dizziness. It comes and goes but never goes away completely. Now the head pain and pins/needles feeling has moved to the left side of my upper skull. This was accompanied by vertigo this past Friday. I have an appt with an internist on the 20th...any insight?
