General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Infection and upper molar removal with infection, taking antibiotics and pain pills not working and still have dizziness, lots of pressure and crackling in ear and jaw indicates one of the following:
* The middle ear fluid development due to Eustachian dysfunction causing inflammation of the inner ear causing dizziness and feeling of pressure as well as crackling sound.
* Surrounding inflammation can affected TM joint on the same side and cause the symptoms.
* Dizziness was present before tooth problem indicates long standing duration.
Hence I would advice you the following in such a situation:
Consult an ENT Surgeon for proper evaluation of ENT problems, ENT Endoscopy and examine TM joint also. This will allow additional management as per the findings to give you symptomatic as well as specific results.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
