Hi dear ,

As per your query you have probkem of dizziness . well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mentiin in query like meniere's disease , benign proximal vertigo , ear infection or acoustic neuroma . i would suggest you to apply dry warm comoresses to external ear , keep your ear dry abd aviud bending forward . Consult ENT specialist to prevent further complication . Doctor will examine with otoacooe , order CTscan , blood test , rotatory chair test and posturography to confirm the diagnosis , Doctor may prescribe antibiotics (gentamicin) , steroid ear drops ,anti inflammatory and recommend vestibular therapy .

Hope your concern has been sovled .
Best wishes
