Suggest Treatment For Dizziness

some 15 days back my father got dizziness feeling. we got all the checkups done like holter test, ecg, whole abdomen ultra sound, kidney function test. his bp was very high. his uric acid was above normal and serum creatinine was 1.9 which later reduced to 1.3. he had colesterol level as 298. for bp 5mg amlovas was given. he had postural hypotension for two days or so. after that he was recovering slowly. all of a sudden he got this dizziness feeling yesterday again. what could be the problem? we did get him checked a neurologist on a preliminary basis.
