Suggest Treatment For Dizziness

In office on a chair while reclining I just over arched and probably had neck injury I felt a pop at the joint of my head and neck because of which I am began to feel dizzy almost immediately. Howvever I have no pain in the neck! The dizziness was severe the first day during which it happened. I also got my BP checked it was 139/90. Has elevated BP level got to anything with that? Now I have a positional diziness going on. please help my age 41 height 5 -6' and about weight 140 lb
