General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For your dizziness problem, I suggest you check your blood pressure and sugar level first for primary work up.

If you have any cardiac history than mention it because it is also responsible for dizziness.

If all comes normal than Otological ear disease can be responsible. The viral infection inside the ear also can be responsible.

According to cause specific treatment given. Meanwhile, betahistine or antihistaminic drug can be prescribed.

Kindly consult nearby physician for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
