Suggest Treatment For Dizziness,feeling Of Lump In Throat And Labored Breathing

Hi, I have had a few of these bouts where i get extreemly dizzy, sweat like crazy and have a hard time breathing. I also get a wierd feeling like I have a lump in my throat. These bouts last like 3mins...but I can feel like it can come on anytime.....any suggestions??, do I need maybe more water?

You are probably having gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Any history of regurgitation or burning sensation in the throat or indigestion?
