Suggest Treatment For Dizziness,nausea And Headache

My head spins when I m lying down and rollover, sitting or standing and turn my head even slowly, looking up or bending over at the waist. There is pressure behind my eyes and in my ears. When thing s start spinning I feel nauseas. Over the past three years I ve had a handful of these incidents. Some have lasted for days (I m on day two of this current episode) and have been followed by intensely painful headaches (no headache so far this time around). Someone suggested it might be BPPV. Is that something that can happen on it s own or is it a symptom of another issue, like a stroke or Menier s?

Hi

Your symptoms could be suggestive of BPPV or Meniere's disease. Meniere's disease is an inner-ear condition that can cause vertigo, a specific type of dizziness in which you feel as though you're spinning. It also can cause ringing in your ear (tinnitus), hearing loss.Kindly check your blood sugar,blood pressure,Intraocular pressure.

Cervical spondylosis is a general term for age-related wear and tear affecting the spinal disks in your neck. As the disks dehydrate and shrink, signs of osteoarthritis develop, including bony projections along the edges of bones (bone spurs).X ray neck should be taken to rule out the condition.
