Suggest Treatment For Dizziness,tiredness And Pain In The Legs

hi my partner is 33yrs old and extremely healthy apart from the past year, he has been suffering with constant dizzyness, tiredness and achey legs. Recently he has noticed hairloss. He has been to the doctors several times for blood test and to the hospital for an inner ear examination. but everything comes back as fine. The docors seem to want to put it down to put it down to stress, but he is adimant he is not. Please help.
