Suggest Treatment For Dizziness,vertigo And Muscle Weakness

Hi - I'm from South Africa, 38 year old female. I've been suffering from dizziness / vertigo, nausea, headache's and being off balance, with slight muscle weakness in arms and legs, for the past two weeks. My GP treated me with Stugeron and tablets for nausea for 10 days, and it seemed to lighten the symptoms. I've completed the full coarse of meds now, and the symptoms are getting worse again.
