Suggest Treatment For Dizziness,vomiting And Nose Bleed After Alcohol Intake

Hello This morning I woke up feeling nauseous as if I was hung over. I only had a few beers the night before so it didn’t make sense that I felt that way. Soon after standing up, I had to vomit (which was mostly dry-heaving), but when some liquid came up, it came up also with 4-5 pieces of redish-pink “skin” (probably .5-1.5 sq in each, sort of resembled tomato skin). My best guess is that it was stomach lining, or something of the sort, but I am not really sure because I have never done anything like that. After vomiting, I felt completely fine, so I am not sure whats going on. I have had cold like symptoms for the past week, and started to get bloody noses starting yesterday afternoon. I have gotten 3 so far, one triggered by a sneeze, one by cough, and one from vomiting. Im not sure if theres any relation, but what I expelled did not appear bloody. Everything from the other end looks normal as well.
