Suggest Treatment For Dizzy Spells And Blurred Vision

I have these spells where I get blurred vision first then every time I move my head or stant up I get a horrible head rush and dizzy I fall if I stand up without holding onto something. I have seen a neurologist with no answers have had an mri and they have ruled out vertigo
