Suggest Treatment For Dizzy Spells And Tingling Sensation In Legs

I am a 20 year old female. I think i eat well but i have been getting dizzy when i stand up for several years. I am not pregnant. I have recently gotten my blood tested and apparently it was fine (my iron was good). I also got an ECG and they said my heart was fine. the practitioner said she thought i might have Medieres disease. and that I should see a Otolaryngologist.

I don't think i agree with here because my dizzy symptoms are more lightheaded than vertigo. I feel my heart beat really fast in my neck when i stand up. My legs sometimes get tingly. I black out and sometimes my legs get too weak feeling to hold me up. this feeling usually does not go away until i fall down. It does not happen all the time but sometimes it does happen several times a day.
