Suggest Treatment For Dizzy Spells

My daughter is 12 years old...and has been having dizzy spells...I did call her doc, and am scheduling an appointment....but it makes me nervous, she loves school, so I know she isn t faking it....she woke up this morning, and almost passed out while brushing her hair....she is laying down now....extremely tired...but no other symptoms..
