Suggest Treatment For Dizzy Spells

I have ben have dizzy spells, sometimes jus feeling like I m going to pass out. It usually start its onset about mid-morning and can sometimes continue through the early evening. Having had the symp toms today and just now, I took my bp 3 times and on an average was about 90/56.

It seems from the history that you are having dizzy spells. The common causes for these are hypotension, anemia, hypovolemia...
Since you are having low blood pressure called as hypotension it may be the reason in your case and this requires correction.
