Suggest Treatment For Dog Bite Infection

I was bitten by a dog on my left calf. I have three punchier wounds. My friend was able to cover everything with hydrogen poroxide almost immdiatly after it happened. I went back to my house and cleaned it out again. I put neosporan on pads then covered it was gauze. Is there anything more I should do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
You might require one shot of tetanus toxoid and 5 shots of ARV as per schedule.
Continue dressing with neosporin cream or powder.
Ok and take care.
