Suggest Treatment For Dog Bite
Yesterday, while playing with a stray dog in my locality, i got scratched by his nail. he jumped over in a playful mood & in order to keep away from him i leaned back & his front paws got stuck in my leg. Blood also came out of that scratch. So should i be worried about this..?

yes, stray dog is what you have mentioned, it is better to get immunised with tetanus toxoid & anti rabies vaccine.
thorough washing of the wound in running water is recommended.
do not cover the wound.
rabies is a dead end infection , therefore it is very safe to get immunised.
