Hello there,
Based on the history that you have given me, the treatment seems standard. In a case of a dog bite we vaccinate the patient with the schedule that you have described 0 3 7 14. One more thing that is done is to keep a watch on the dog that bit your son and see if it develops any other symptoms. Otherwise the rabipur shots themselves are adequate.
please do not worry, Nothing will happen to your son if he has been vaccinated by rabipur shots after a dog bite.

Please feel free to address any further queries to me,
I find this answer helpful
