General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The best treatment available is in hospital she would get expert care there, with proper antibiotics and other needful medications / nebulization. She would need rest followup treatment after discharge advised taken meticulously and prevention of repeat infections by avoiding to infections and allergens. Whil vomiting, she has to be out of bed as far as possible OR to be on one side and vomit in a kidney tray by her side only. This would prevent aspiration. Please don't worry she would be out of danger in few days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
