Suggest Treatment For Drowsiness, Movement Of Arms And Legs And Jumbled Words

my father hasbeen detected with cerebral atrophy recently...for last few days he is spending almost all the day sleeping..even while in sleep, he is violently moving his right arm & right leg...lots of spiting is taking place...his words are getting jumbled up...could nt walk properly & control the flow of urine...not being able to rise up & take food...we are feeling helpless..what to do ?
