Suggest Treatment For Dry And Cracked Skin In Nostrils

my 11 years old daughter has dry, scales and cracked skin in her nostrils. this started after successfully treating a recurring ear infection. her ENT doc advised she sees a dermatologist. it doesn t hurt her anyway. but she feels embarrassed all the same.

Hello,

Possible causes like atrophic rhinitis or excessive dryness may be required. You can apply Vaseline or petroleum jelly to keep the area moist.
