Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough And Bloated Stomach

Hello, for the past 4 days my pancreas has been somewhat bloated and painful. I started to get a dry cough a few days prior to it. I have stopped all alcohol consumption but it does not seem to matter, also headaches are also a part of this condition. Should I see my doctor or just continue drinking lots of water

Well come to HCM
No this is not because of the pancrea but this could be some allergic condition with hyperacidity and this can be well treated with the medicine given bellow
1) Tab levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three weeks
take care and have a nice day, if the symptoms persist then you can see the doctor.
