I was in Tucson, AZ last summer cleaning out my parents old shed with lot s of dust so I thought of Valley Fever but these symptoms went away all winter and now returned this spring? Any thoughts?
You are having allergic rhinitis with bronchitis. Do a chest X-ray and pulmonary function test to know the nature of any disease in the lung. Review with spirometry and chest X-ray. Start some bronchodilator tablet, steam inhalation, montelukast levicetrizine combination. Stay away from allergens from valley. Take some warm water gargle, nasal fluticasone spray.
