General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Based on the symptoms it would be advisable for you to get a chest x-ray done at the earliest.
Kindly consult Physician or Pulmonologist with the report for clinical examination for appropriate diagnosis and management.
Additional investigations might be necessary to confirm diagnosis.
First things to be ruled out is tuberculosis and bronchogenic carcinoma.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
I find this answer helpful
