hello doctor..this is anushareddy,student in one NIPER persuing my post graduation.Im using contact lenses from the past one year and im facing the problem of dry eyes.please sugest me how to get relief from his problem without using artificial tears

There is noway to avoid drop. In your case you can avoid contact lens and use specs. In this way you can avoid dry eye.
