Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concerns
i am very sorry about your condition
in most of cases of dry gangrene its advisable to go for amputation. In some cases MR angiography can be performed and its possible to know where is the block.
in some cases re-connection procedure can be undertaken.
But this will differ from case to case basis.
In case of loss of viability of the tissue, amputation and replacement with prosthesis is the only option.
regards
