Suggest Treatment For Dry Hands OCD

I literally can not stand to touch any type of paper products or material of any kind once my hands have been in water. The longer my hands have been in the water the worst the condition is and the longer it takes to be able to touch them again When I get out the shower I have window of about 5 minutes in which to get dressed I have had this all my life and grew up thinking I was the only one. And basically never mentioned it to anyone because I thought I was just weird or something. Until about a week ago my daughter took me and her aunt to lunch and when we got there she went to the restroom when she returned her aunt tried to hand her the menu which was just one made of thick paper my daughter told her just to set it down that she just washed her hands and can't stand the feel of paper. My daughter doesn't have it as badly as I do I will literally do anything to avoid having to get my hands wet I well use hand Sanitizer to wash them a lot of times.
