Suggest Treatment For Dry Mouth And Fever

I woke up today with an incredibly dry mouth (I have sleep apnea, I ve had my adenoids removed as a child, my tonsils are larger than most) and mouth was more dry than usual. I also noticed upon waking that my left ear felt like it was infected internally, very sore and red. As my day continued, I noticed the pain of the ear has gone down a bit but is still there. My right nasal passage is clogged and irritated. I m experiencing pain on my soft palate (I can t touch the spot with my tongue, it feels as though it is above the soft palate itself and between that spot and my right nasal passage.) Talking doesn t hurt but it bothers me greatly, just this teetering feeling of an itch and sore. My body feels sore, I m fatigued and don t possess a lot of energy like I usually do. Very uncomfortable and legs feel like they are made out of glass, so do arms, running a minor fever of 100.
