hi i have very painful legs that also have pins needless can sometimes if i put in cold stop the pain for 1 second pain lower arms also have pins needles dry mouth poor concentrating vision like my eyes don t focus bad headaches pain in my ribs with no injury fog brain and clicking in all my bones or muscles very forgetful

I think you should check your blood sugar and HBA1C because diabetes may be a cause for dry mouth, impaired vision, pins and needles (peripheral neuropathy). Keeping blood sugar under control is necessary.
