Suggest Treatment For Dry Spots On The Lower Leg
I have these tiny spots on the front lower leg. So many it almost looks like a rash. My skin prior to it getting these spots was extremely dry and all crackly with lines. I thought it might be razor burn. So I tried using some cortisone cream. It seemed to make it redder and almost feel like it was burning it. So I washed it off. Just checked again, several hours later and it looks like it is spreading. Not sure what to use now.

As first-line management you can take drugs like cetirizine or other related antihistamines can be tried.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
