Suggest Treatment For Dry Throat And Knocking Sensation On The Body With Diabetes
Dear Doctor,
My age is 63 yrs. My father was a Diabestes detected at 80 yrs or so age.
As a diabetest I have been using for last 3 years :
1. Glimulin 1 mg before breakfast. Previously before 3 yrs I started with Glimulin 1 half tablet.
2. Olmessar 20 before bed.
3. Atorva 10 at night.
My BP was always normal. But recently due to some problem of Penis outer skin tip ( Bolonoposins) one doctor suggested Sugar test, which I have done. The results are given below:
1. Fasting Sugar 211.
2. PP 225
3. Creatinine 1.0
4. Albumin spot urine 26.0
5. Cholesterol 182.
6. HDL Cholesterol 56.
7. Total Cholesterol/ HDL Cholesterol ratio 3.3
8. Tryglycerides serum 113
9. LDL Cholesterol/ Plazma direct 103.
10. HB A1C 11.7%
11. Mean Plasma estimate 339.
12. BP 130/80
Others
1. ECG Normal.
2. Diabetes foot test Very Mild problem.
3. Eye retina O.k.
Of couse My throat gets dried up in night which is a long time problem.
The Diabetologist changed my medicines as follows:
1. Zoryl- M2 1tab before breakfast.
2. Metlead 500 SR after dinner.
3. Rosuteck 10 night.
4. Beniteck H-20 after breakfast
After taking these medicines for 2 days I felt very uncomfortable. My BP which was normal for many years, have increased 160/90 . I was having serious Acidity problem. Then I talked with the Doctor who siggested me to take Pantocid . But still My body was knocking & felt uncomfortable.
Hence I consulted another Doctor. He gave me following medicines:
\1. PAN D empty stomach( for 10days).
2. . Glimulin 2 MF before break fast.
3.. Olmessar 20 ( morning after break fast i.e same medicine which I used to take. But some how I havegot affeling that if I take Olmessar 20 in night I can sleep well & hence I am taking it in night).
4.. Rosutecc 10 in night.
My throat sometimes specially in night gets dried up.
Besides above I take as usual vitamins A to Z . & Evion 400., daily.
Of course I am feeling better, but sometimes there is mild body knocking. Probably still my BP is not normal. In brain also there is some sensation sometimes.
From the above history, Plz advise me completely, what should I do?

the dryness of throat itself is a symptom of uncontrolled sugars. the acidity and discomfort can happen with met formin .it generally decreases if you take met formin ( met lead 500 sr) after food .
