Hi, I am a 45 yr old white female. In 2009 I had a partial hysterectomy leaving only one ovary, all else gone. Shorty after I was out on a estrogen patch which was later discovered to be not a good idea because I had high estrogen levels, vaginal dryness, pms symptoms, breaking out face and back and sore breast . I was put on progesterone tablets eventually to get my hormone levels balanced. However , less than 6 months later went off them and have been essential oils for hormone balancing. I was symptom free for exactly 1 year and pms symptoms, cramping ,bloating and severe breast tenderness in both breast returned. Any ideas what you be going on with me? Don t know what route to take, hormone specialist , GY Doctor, help!,,
