Suggest Treatment For Dry Vagina

Hi, I have always suffered from a dry vagina. When it s time for sex a lubricant is always needed. I need to know what I can do to take care of that. I do drink water on a daily. Also the skin on my inner thighs right next to my vagina stays dry a lot. I try not to scratch but when in in the shower it is almost impossible not too. I put Vaseline on it all the time. Is there a cream I can buy to clear up the skin? It s basically a diaper rash. Thanks in advance!
