Suggest Treatment For Dryness, Cracks And Pain In Feet

My husband has been diagnosed with neuropathy. His feet stay callussed, dry, cracked, burning, and pain. He has taken neurotin but it doesn t seem to help much after awhile. He has had tests for circulation in his feet and there seems to be no problem with circulation. He has been checked for diabetes and he is not diabetic. He is overweight and a smoker. He is 50 years old.
