Suggest Treatment For Dryness,itching And Irritation Inside The Labia

Hi, for the past few days the inside of my labia has been really itchy and irritated. It is also dry. I was using a lubricant which helped temporarily but I don't know if that was the right thing to do. This normally happens in the week after my period but then goes away. This time not... what can I do? and how do I treat it? Will applying Reuteri drops help in any way?
