Suggest Treatment For Dull Headaches And Nausea

hello, I have been having dull headaches for about 3 weeks, suddenly last week i went on lunch at work and say down when all of a sudden I was so sleepy I could barely stay awake, i went home and slept for 5 hours, it didnt help and then got a full nights sleep and was still so tired my eyes didnt want to stay open. finally that afternoon it subsided but the headaches continued daily, now joined with occasional nausea, diarrhea, bloody nose and lightheadedness. I dont have insurance and cant afford to go in.

I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms could be suggestive of sinusitis, if this is infection there then it may need some antibiotic and best would be "Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg" three times in day, and "Tab Ibuprofen 400mg" three times in day, drink more water, try steam inhalation, take care for hydration, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
