Suggest Treatment For Dull Pain In Chest

Hi. I ve had a dull pain in my chest for about 4 days now. On a 1-10 scale, I would say a 2. It s below my collar bone and just above my diaphragm, but on the left side. I do have acid reflux, but it doesn t feel quite like that. I thought maybe it was trapped air, because I m recently on a high fiber diet that I began around the same time this started. I ve no other symptoms-no numbness or arm pain, no headache or any other aches, dizziness, etc.

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to acid reflux.

I suggest to do an electrocardiogram to exclude cardiac issues.

I recommend using antacids such as Maalox.

I also recommend using Omeprazole in tube morning.

I recommend using a plain diet.
