sir i have dyslipedemia , i am continuous taking lower lipiding agent since 8 years , i did not have any known disease ,blood pressure ,sugar are normal , i am 42 years old and smoke 5-10 cig /day , occasionally alcohal also.please suggest what i have to do?
Continue taking the lipid lowering agent as before and see that it reduces both cholesterol and triglycerides levels. Avoid smoking and alcohol, do regular exercise, eat vegetables and fruits, try to lose your body weight if obese, avoid oily foods and fast foods.
