Thank you for following up. I suggest-
1.For reflux Domperidon can be used in the dose of 1 tablet 3 times after 1 hour before meal during 1 month.
2.Consult your neurologist for rule out Pseudobulbar palsy. It is characterised by the inability to control facial movements (such as chewing and speaking) and caused by a variety of neurological disorders. And also patients experience difficulty chewing and swallowing, have increased reflexes and spasticity in tongue and the bulbar region, sometimes also demonstrating uncontrolled emotional outbursts(laughing, crying). It can be due poor micro circulation in the spinal cord.In this case the tricyclic antidepressants(Amytriptyline), serotonin reuptake inhibitors, dextromethorphan and quinidine sulfate,Nuedexta would be helpful.
3.From fitotherapy you can try spasmolytic and sedative-mentha tea, ashwagandha 2 capsule daily 1 month.
Take care
Wishing you a good health!
