Suggest Treatment For Dysphonia

I have dysphonia, my speech is worse at times. I m trying to find a neuroplacity in va. I have been to a speech therapist, had 2 MRIs ,brain scan as well been to physiologi,also ear nose and throat. All xrays were fine. No one seems to be able to help. So far the only place I ve found is in Orlando Florida the cost is over 7,000 I am desperate to find help.
